Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our AI chatbot platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

ZynfoAI is a product of Nodebridge Labs LLP, India ("ZynfoAI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using ZynfoAI's AI chatbot platform and related services, including the ZynfoAI app for Shopify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

ZynfoAI provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage intelligent chatbots. Our Service includes:

  • AI chatbot creation and management tools
  • Knowledge base integration capabilities
  • Multi-platform deployment options
  • Analytics and reporting features
  • Customer support and technical assistance
  • Integration with third-party services (Google Drive, Shopify, Freshdesk, Freshsales, etc.)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service:

  • In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • To provide legitimate customer service and support
  • To enhance user experience and engagement
  • For business and commercial purposes

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZynfoAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Plans, Payment and Cancellation

6.1 Plans and free trial

We offer a free plan and paid plans. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and, for the Shopify app, on its Shopify App Store listing. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.

6.2 How you are billed

  • Plans bought on zynfo.ai are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
  • Plans bought in the ZynfoAI app for Shopify are billed by Shopify through Shopify Billing, on your Shopify invoice, and are also subject to the Shopify Terms of Service.

Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your plan.

6.3 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Plans bought on zynfo.ai stay active until the end of the paid period; Shopify plans end immediately with a prorated credit from Shopify. Fees are covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee and refundable as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or where required by law.

7. AI-Generated Responses

The Service uses AI models to generate replies from the content you provide. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for the content your AI agent answers from, for reviewing its settings, and for the information it gives your customers. Actions such as order cancellations or return requests are only taken when your customer asks for them and your settings allow it. We do not use your content or your customers' data to train or fine-tune AI models.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ZynfoAI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service allows you to connect with third-party platforms (each, a "Third-Party Service"). By enabling any Third-Party Service, you authorize us to access and use your data from that service as permitted by you, and to store your login credentials for that service if necessary.

Please note that your use of Third-Party Services is governed solely by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such Third-Party Services. ZynfoAI does not endorse, is not responsible or liable for, and makes no representations as to any aspect of such Third-Party Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynfoAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. For the Shopify app, uninstalling the app ends your use of it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that could harm others or the Service. After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
