The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZynfoAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ZynfoAI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service allows you to connect with third-party platforms (each, a "Third-Party Service"). By enabling any Third-Party Service, you authorize us to access and use your data from that service as permitted by you, and to store your login credentials for that service if necessary.
