Connect WhatsApp
Use Meta’s Embedded Signup. WhatsApp Management then opens with Templates, Campaigns, Contacts and Analytics.

Get a template approved
Create a template or press Sync Templates to bring in the ones Meta has already approved.

Tag your contacts
Add contacts one by one, import a CSV or sync your CRM, then tag them.

Create the campaign
Name it, pick the template and audience tags, review it and schedule a date and time.
Templates
Start from a template Meta has approved.
WhatsApp only lets businesses start a conversation with an approved template. Write one in ZynfoAI, start from the template library, or press Sync Templates to pull in the ones already approved in your Meta account.

Audience
Choose who gets it with tags.
Add contacts by hand, with Import CSV, or with Sync CRM. Tag them by what they bought, where they live or how they found you.
In the Audience step, select one or more tags. Anyone matching any of them receives the broadcast.
Replies
Replies go to the AI Inbox.
Analytics
See who received, read and replied.
Analytics shows sent, delivered, read and replied counts, with delivery, read and reply rates for each campaign.
Open the per-recipient logs to see what happened to each message.
What a campaign costs
Meta bills template messages to you directly.
Campaigns are part of the Pro plan, with no extra fee from ZynfoAI. Meta charges your business for each delivered template message, and marketing templates cost the most.
