What visitors see
An answer they can check, not a contact form.
Replies stream in with a typing indicator and up to three source links, so a visitor can open the page the answer came from. Quick replies cover your most common questions in one tap.

Install
One script tag, on any site that lets you add code.
Open Embed Code in your agent's settings, copy the snippet, and paste it before the closing </body> tag. That covers WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and custom sites. Shopify stores can use the ZynfoAI app instead.
The script loads with async and draws only the chat bubble at first. The full chat window loads the first time a visitor hovers, taps or clicks it, so your pages stay fast. Step-by-step guides are in how to add chat to your website.
Security
Your widget loads on your sites only.
Add your domains under Allowed Domains. The check runs on our servers, so someone who copies your snippet onto their own site gets nothing. Leave the list empty and the widget loads wherever the code is pasted.
When a visitor asks for a person, a teammate picks up the same chat through human handoff and replies from the Team Inbox.
