Why I built ZynfoAI
“Customer support should feel instant to the customer and effortless to the team.”
I started building ZynfoAI because I was tired of watching the same frustration play out across growing stores and digital businesses. Support reps spend hours answering the exact same questions over and over, while eager customers who reach out after hours leave without an answer.
Existing chatbots promised to fix this, but often made things worse. Rule-based bots trapped visitors in decision trees that broke on slight typos, while unconstrained generative AI could make up discount codes or policies a business couldn't honor.
So ZynfoAI is built around one rule: answer from what the business actually knows. The agent answers from your own content, looks up real data like Shopify orders, and hands off to a person when nuance is needed.
No bloated sales cycles, no complex setup. Just honest, dependable software built for teams that care deeply about their customers.
