Ada vs ZynfoAI: Pricing Model, Channels and Fit (2026)

Ada does not publish prices. As of October 2026, the Ada pricing page is a request form: you book a custom demo, and Ada builds a business case and an ROI model from your conversation volume. The page lists no plans, no per-conversation rate and no self-serve trial.

ZynfoAI takes the opposite approach. There is one public plan, the All-In-One Pro Plan, at $99 a month or $990 a year, with a 7-day trial. Details are on our pricing page.

That difference says most of what you need to know about who each product is built for. If you are comparing several tools rather than just these two, our guide to Intercom Fin alternatives covers the wider field.

Ada is built for large support operations

Ada describes itself as an agentic customer experience platform and says it serves more than 350 businesses, with case studies from brands such as Pinterest, monday.com, Barnes & Noble and Grab. Its AI agents work across voice, messaging and email.

On messaging alone, the Ada messaging page lists web chat, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger, Instagram and custom channels. When a conversation needs a person, Ada hands it off into the helpdesk your team already runs. Its messaging handoff integrations include Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Kustomer, Gladly, Gorgias and Freshworks.

Read that list again and the target customer is clear: a company with a contact center, an established helpdesk, and enough volume that a custom business case is worth building.

ZynfoAI is built for a small team that wants the agent and the inbox in one place

ZynfoAI is aimed at online stores, SaaS products and service businesses where the people answering chats are also running the business. You get one AI agent with four roles, and your team works in the same product.

  • Customer support. The agent answers from your website pages, PDFs, DOCX and XLSX files and Google Drive, and shows the source it used. It handles refund and return requests and opens tickets.
  • Ecommerce. On Shopify it recommends products, looks up orders and can cancel an order. A shopper who types “Where’s my order #1042?” gets the status in the chat.
  • Sales and lead capture. It captures and qualifies leads, books demos and saves back-in-stock requests, then syncs contacts to Freshsales.
  • Team notifications. Teammates get browser notifications when a chat is handed off.

When a customer asks for a person, the agent writes a summary and routes the chat to a teammate in the team inbox, which covers website chat and WhatsApp. Outside working hours it can open a ticket, take a message, or keep helping. The human handoff page shows how a handoff runs.

How the two pricing models play out

With Ada, the price is something you learn in a sales process. That is normal for software sold to large companies, and it lets the price be shaped around your volume, channels and contract. It also means you cannot estimate the cost before talking to sales, and a small team cannot try the product on its own.

With ZynfoAI, the plan covers 5,000 conversations a month, 11 team seats and 500 training sources for a fixed fee. There is no charge per resolution, so a busy month does not change the bill. There is a 15-day money-back guarantee (see the refund policy), and the 7-day trial is there to let you test it: connect your store or your documents, ask it the questions your customers actually send, and decide.

If you are weighing per-resolution pricing against a flat fee more generally, our AI chatbot pricing breakdown shows how each model behaves as volume grows.

When Ada is the better choice

  • You need voice or email automation. Ada’s agents cover phone and email. ZynfoAI works on website chat and WhatsApp only.
  • You need SMS, Instagram or Messenger. Ada lists all three. ZynfoAI does not support them.
  • Your team works in Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow or a contact-center platform. Ada hands off into those tools. ZynfoAI does not integrate with Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • You want a vendor-led rollout and a business case built for you. That is how Ada sells, and for a large support organization it is often what procurement expects.

When ZynfoAI is the better choice

  • You want to know the price before you talk to anyone. It is $99 a month, published.
  • You run a Shopify store and want order lookups, cancellations and product recommendations inside the chat.
  • Your customers message you on WhatsApp and you want the AI and your team answering from one inbox. The WhatsApp AI chatbot page explains the setup through Meta’s Embedded Signup.
  • You don’t run a separate helpdesk and would rather not buy one just to receive handoffs.

The short version

Ada is a strong option for an enterprise with many channels, a contact center and an existing helpdesk, and it prices accordingly through sales. ZynfoAI is for a smaller team that wants an AI agent on its website and WhatsApp, a shared inbox, and a price it can read on a web page.
