Does ZynfoAI create records in Freshsales?
Yes. When the agent captures a lead, ZynfoAI pushes it to Freshsales automatically as a lead, or as a contact if a lead can't be created. It doesn't create deals.
Can I sync a lead again?
Yes. Open the lead in ZynfoAI and use Sync to send it to Freshsales again, for example after editing its details or for leads captured before you connected.
Can it set follow-up tasks for my reps?
No. ZynfoAI sends the lead. Assignments, tasks and pipeline stages stay in Freshsales, set up the way your team already works.
