Is there a ZynfoAI WordPress plugin?
You don't need one. ZynfoAI is added with a single script tag. Paste it with a header-and-footer scripts plugin you may already use, or in your child theme. On a WooCommerce store, add your product pages as sources like any other page. ZynfoAI can't look up WooCommerce orders yet.
Can the chatbot reply automatically when I'm offline?
Yes. The agent answers from the pages and documents you trained it on at any hour. When it doesn't have a source for the answer, it sends your fallback message and can collect the visitor's details so you can follow up.
Does it work with my theme and page builder?
The widget is added as a script, not a theme block, so it works alongside Elementor, Divi, the block editor and other builders. Use the live preview to check that the bubble doesn't sit on top of your own buttons.
Will it slow my WordPress site down?
The script loads asynchronously and draws a light chat bubble first. The full chat window loads when a visitor reaches for it.
What does it cost?
