Import your website
Enter your URL. ZynfoAI finds pages through your sitemap and links, and you pick which ones to import.

Add files and Google Docs
Upload PDF, Word and Excel files, or choose Docs and Sheets in Google Drive.

Check what it learned
Each source shows its chunk count and status. Open any source to read the exact text the AI uses.

Update when things change
Edit the page, then press Resync on that source. Nothing changes for customers until you do.
Websites
Import the pages that answer questions, skip the rest.
Enter your website address and ZynfoAI reads your sitemap and follows links to find pages. You choose which URLs to import, so old campaign pages and login screens stay out. It respects robots.txt.
Imported pages become your AI knowledge base, the content behind every answer in your website widget and on WhatsApp.
Updates
Change the page, then press Resync.
When your delivery cut-off or prices change, edit the page as usual and press Resync on that source. ZynfoAI fetches it again, replaces the old chunks, and answers from the new version from then on.
Updates are manual, so your team decides when an edit is ready for customers. For an uploaded file, upload the new version and delete the old one. For Google Docs and Sheets, choose them again through the Google Drive integration to re-import. Resyncs count toward your plan's monthly data updates.
Chunks
Read exactly what the AI reads.
Every source breaks into text chunks you can open and read. If an answer sounds off, check the chunks behind it. If a source is out of date, delete it and the AI stops using it.
The dashboard's Unanswered Questions list shows what customers asked that your content didn't cover, so you know which page to write next. More in FAQ automation and in how AI chatbots train on business data.

Which documents can ZynfoAI learn from?
Website pages, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS and XLSX files (5 MB per file by default), and the Google Docs and Google Sheets you choose in Google Drive. Shopify stores can also sync their product catalog.
Does it update automatically when my documents change?
No. Nothing re-syncs on a schedule. For a website page, press Resync on that source in Data Sources. For an uploaded file, upload the new version and delete the old one. For Google Docs and Sheets, choose them again in Google Drive to re-import. Your team decides when an edit is ready.
How does website import work?
ZynfoAI finds your pages through your sitemap and links, lets you choose which URLs to import, and respects your robots.txt.
Can I see what the AI learned from a document?
Yes. You can open any source and read the text chunks taken from it. To stop the AI using a source, delete that source.
Does ZynfoAI have access to my whole Google Drive?
